Wondering what it’s like to collaborate with your clothier?
Here’s what to expect when you decide to work with me:
1. Initial Consultation
This can be a video chat or a quick email, whichever feels best for you. I’m all about making sure that your first order is a success, but I’m not trying to make the process unnecessarily cumbersome for either of us!
I’m here to answer any of your questions, recommend style options based on your wants and needs, help with measurements and size selection, and chat out any custom detail options you might be interested in. Everything that I offer is made to order, meaning that each piece will be cut and sewn specifically for you, and the fit and detailing can be fine tuned to your body and preferences.
2. Place your order
Once we’ve connected you’ll have access to VAVA’s private online shop, where you can browse standard designs as well as custom materials options. From here you can shop as you would on any other website. Feel free to reach out with any questions at any time as you’re browsing the website.
3. Your order is cut + sewn
Turnaround time varies depending on current order volume, but is typically in the 4-6 week range.
4. Receive and try on for fit
Get your package, do a little happy dance, and put it on your body to see how it feels!
5. Follow up fitting
If there’s anything about the fit or design of your order that could be improved, we’ll meet again. We’ll talk through any concerns and adjustments, and I’ll either get to work on an exchange for you, or add fit note to your file to refine future orders.

Your sizing and preferences will always be on file for future orders, and you can reach out to schedule a consultation or new fitting at any time.
